Shipping policy

We strive to provide industry leading shipping time and aim to ship all in-stock products within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. Once order is placed you will receive an email confirmation and a second email will be sent once your order has shipped. 

Pre-Orders or Back-Orders

For pre-orders and back-orders, the estimated time will be stated in the product description. This is just an estimate and will depend on other factors such as manufacture's timeline and logistics. Please note that shipping times can fluctuate due seasonal volume in the shipping industry. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free domestic shipping for all orders over $99 regardless of weight. We use USPS first-class shipping for any packages under 1lb and priority 1-3 days for packages over 1lb. 

For orders with a total value under $99, we offer $3.95 flat rate USPS First-Class (2-5 day) shipping to the US for packages under 1lb or Economy Mail or USPS Priority Mail (1-3) day shipping for $7.95 and $9.95 respectively.

International Shipping

We offer International shipping options through USPS, UPS and DHL at a calculated priced based on your location. 

*Please note that USPS First-Class shipping does not come with insurance or item tracking and Pocket Devices will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages (use this service at your own risk or upgrade to UPS or DHL).*

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@pocketdevices.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
